Microsoft offers undergraduate scholarships for 2013/14 academic year. Applicants must be enrolled full-time in a degree program in a 4-year college or university in the United States, Canada or Mexico. This scholarship is offered in computer science and related technical disciplines. Microsoft offers four types of scholarships: Scholarships General Technical Scholarship, scholarships and minority women scholarships for students with disabilities for the 2013-2014 school year. The selection criterion is based entirely on merit. Applications should be sent by email or mail no later than February 1, 2013.

-Because the scholarship is merit-based, candidates must maintain a 3.0 cumulative average of 4.0 out of possible 4.0 or GPA of 5.0 out of possible.

Microsoft 2013 undergraduate scholarship  is  open to students from the following countries: students from Mexico, the United States and Canada can apply for this scholarship. International students may also apply if they are studying in North America and meet the eligibility criteria for the scholarship.
