Anna Lodewyckx Icelandic scholarship
The major award is open to graduate or undergraduate honors last year from an Australian university or any university in the world and have a knowledge of a Scandinavian language. The recipient is ready to undertake a program of study approved at a university in Scandinavia.
A grant may be awarded for minor costs associated with the study in Iceland. The scholarship, the applicant agrees to reside in a Scandinavian country and attend an approved course at a university in Scandinavia. For the purposes of this scholarship Scandinavian country is Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and the Faroe Islands.
Eligibility for the Post Graduate scholarships for International Students 2013
The scholarship is open to candidates who meet ALL of the following criteria
Students who have a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in an Australian university (or other degree recognized in Australia or abroad, any university in the world, which is approved by the selection committee) , AND
Who have a basic knowledge of Scandinavian languages
Open to students in domestic or international, University of Melbourne
Note: International students in Australia outside the application for this scholarship please submit a one-page summary of half of your studies for the selection committee. Please submit your application and a summary of at least two weeks before the closing date.
The recipient of the minor must be prepared to undertake an approved course at a university for one semester only Scandinavian
The scholarship recipient must be prepared to main undertaking an approved course at a university in Scandinavia, during an academic year
