2013 Common Wealth Distance Learning Msc Scholarships eligibility
To be eligible for a Commonwealth scholarship distance education, candidates must:
- be citizens of Commonwealth countries Commonwealth Development, refugees or British protected persons
be permanently resident in a Commonwealth country development
normally hold a first degree of upper secondary-class standard, or a higher qualification. In some cases, we will consider a low qualification and experience required
CSC may request applicants to undertake the academic IELTS test in English as a condition of eligibility. Applicants should check with the institution in the UK / supplier if this requirement applies to them. It is the responsibility of the applicant to note that the IELTS test will be considered acceptable if it is taken from 1 September 2012 for applicants who wish to begin their studies in September 2013. Candidates must provide evidence that they have obtained a minimum overall score of 6.5 on the IELTS scale.

CSC expects all candidates considered for a scholarship distance learning Commonwealth have completed an application form using our Electronic Filing System (EAS).
