A limited number of Danish State Tuition Waivers are offered to highly talented students at graduate level, who come from countries outside of the EU/EEA and need a residence permit to study at Roskilde University.
In order to be eligible for a tuition fee waiver and scholarship, applicants must be a graduate applicant who comes from countries outside of the EU/EEA and needs a residence permit to study at Roskilde University. in addition, such applicant must be a graduate applicant who is required to pay a tuition fee at the university and must be holding a bachelor degree from Roskilde University or a graduate applicant from other universities.
Please note that being eligible to apply for Danish State Tuition Waivers does not guarantee that you will be awarded a tuition fee waiver and scholarship. There are a very limited number, and there are many more applicants than tuition fee waivers and scholarships. Applicants are ranked based on their academic performance.
The tuition fee waiver and scholarship has a maximum length of 22 months for programs that start in September. Tuition fee waiver students must follow the study plan and not be delayed in their studies in order to maintain the tuition waiver.
The value of the award is the program tuition fee waiver and approximately DKK 7,800 per month to cover living expenses in Denmark.
