2015/ 2016 GSK and University of Nottingham Developing Solution Scholarship to African Students

The University of Nottingham, in partnership with GSK, is offering 3 full Developing Solutions scholarships for outstanding students from Sub-Saharan Africa for 2015/2016 entry. To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must be already holding an offer to start a full-time master’s degree programme (MSc), at Nottingham for September 2015 in an area of study. The award covers: Full tuition fees, a living allowance at a set rate, an economy class return airfare to the UK and additional grants to cover essential expenditure. The application deadline is 24 April 2015.

The Developing Solutions/GSK Partnership Award is a new scholarship opportunity for 2015/2016 entry for scholars who wish to study a one-year masters degree (MSc) within the following faculties, schools and departments: Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Faculty of Science and Business School – courses allied to Operations Management.

Number of award(s): 3 full Developing Solutions scholarships are available to the students.

Duration of award(s): The duration of award is one year.

What does it cover? The award covers: Full tuition fees, a living allowance at a set rate (for one individual), an economy class return airfare to the UK and Additional grants to cover essential expenditure (arrival allowance, thesis allowance and departure allowance).

Notification:  University aim to notify applicants of the outcome within 6 weeks of the closing date.
