The International Water Centre (IWC) is proud to offer the IWC MIWM International Scholarships to excellent candidates who are accepted into the IWC Master of Integrated Water Management (MIWM) at any of the participating institutions, and clearly demonstrate potential to become water leaders of the future.
There are 3 IWC MIWM International Scholarships for international candidates. Two of these scholarships cover full tuition and full living costs scholarships for future water leaders from developing countries in Asia-Pacific, Africa, South and Central America, the Caribbean, Europe and the Middle-East. The second category does not apply to Africans.
To apply for the scholarship, candidates must also apply for the MIWM program and meet the MIWM program entry requirements. These include a completed undergraduate degree in a related field of study from an internationally recognised institution and demonstrated English language proficiency (minimum scores for IELTS, TOEFL or PTE). In addition, two years practical experience (paid work or volunteer experience) in a related field is preferred but not essential.
The scholarships involve two categories. Category A is valued at approximately AU$ 89,811 and will cover full tuition fees, living costs, return air travel to Australia, student visa and overseas health cover while Category B is valued at approximately AU$ 50,776 and will cover full tuition fees and overseas health cover.
Interested applicants must complete an online application form and submit before the application deadline.
