Funded to Ghana: The Global Partnership for Sustainable Development Data 2019 Data4SDGs Press Fellowship
The Global Partnership for Sustainable Development Data, hosted at the United Nations Foundation, today announced a week-long reporting trip to Ghana. Selected journalists will have access to expert briefings and field trips to explore how data and technology are being used to drive progress and improve life for Ghanaians

The fellowship is open to qualified journalists interested in covering international development and data/technology issues in Ghana and/or West Africa
This fellowship will give journalists access to the government officials, civil society leaders, and representatives of international organizations working in Ghana. Journalists will attend a satellite data training with NASA. Also, earn how government officials are working to end extreme poverty using data and technology. And meet the people who are making it happen on the ground.
The fellowship will cover all related expenses such as travel and lodging, and will take place the week of May 20, 2019.
The deadline to apply is Thursday, 18 March 2019.
